The Maui Nui Canoe Race
Maui >Moloka’i> Lana‘i > Maui
SEPTEMBER 7-9, 2018

$120.00 for support crew members (Includes food, beverages, and accommodations on each island)

Race Includes
Camping Area’s on Molokai and Lanai, Continental Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided on Molokai and Lanai.  Water / Soda, Awards, end of the race Luau on Maui


September 7 – Maliko to Kamalo (38 miles) 9:00am start
September 8– Kamalo to Hulopoe Bay (42 miles) 9:00am start
September 9– Hulopoe Bay to Hanakao’o Beach (20 miles) 9:00am start
September 9– Hanakao’o Beach – End of the Race Luau & Awards

HCRA Approved (400lbs) & Unlimited canoe

Open   (9 men / 10 women)                          Masters 40 / Master 50+  (12 men / 12 women)
Open mix (10 men and women)  **any combination

Camping Areas will be available on Molokai & Lanai for participants to utilize (Grey tents to sleep under, public restrooms, and public park showers are available.  Please bring what you deem necessary to sleep.

Maui Nui Canoe Race Committee along with community members of Molokai and Lanai are to provide a continental breakfast, lunch and Dinner along with water, can juice and soda.
Maui – Lunch to be provided for the end of the race with beverages.

**Should you have any specific diet or allergy needs, we request that you please plan accordingly***

1) An award will be given for each leg of the race to the first three places in each Classification

2) A metal will be given to each team member

3)  Cash award top Men and top Women crews (at race committee’s discretion)

4) Overall Perpetual Award
